Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the prints. They must be in the same condition as when you received them and returned in the original packaging. Please ensure the prints are securely packed to avoid any damage during transit. Take care when rolling the print(s) to prevent creases or scratches, and make sure both ends of the tube are well-padded.

Please notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of delivery.

You may contact us at email@annetteundheimart.com, and we will provide you with a return code. If you prefer, you may fill out and send us the cancellation form, but this is not required.

Refunds apply only to the product itself and not to the shipping costs for delivery or return. As soon as we have received your return, we will process your refund.


Return Conditions

Prints must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We recommend sending your return with tracking to ensure the postal service is accountable in case the package is lost or damaged during transit, as we cannot be held responsible for such incidents.

Custom-made prints based on individual customer requests—such as specific dimensions or colors—cannot be returned.


Refund Process

Once your returned order has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved based on the return conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed and returned via your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10–15 days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be completed. If you have not received your refund after 15 days, please check your bank account or contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be a processing delay. If you have done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
